The Company is registered with the RBI, New Delhi as Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)–Non-Systematically Important Non-Deposit Taking Company on 31 July 1998.

Till now the Company has been carrying out the business of wholesale/ Bulk Lending besides investment/trading in public listed shares. Company has started the retail lending business in gold loans in 2025
